楼主辛苦了，我家c反应蛋白一直高位27左右（0-8），医生认为正常现象。希望这个周日复查能降下来。

这个月我也查了，正常

4月23日，我家人也查了c反应蛋白，正常。

C反应蛋白是炎症反应的一种非特异性蛋白标记物，但在减瘤性肾切除术后升高，通常是预后不良标志，对一组局限性肾癌患者进行研究发现，C蛋白反应升高是影响疾病预后不良的独立因素，并且使复发和无瘤生存的风险性高出1倍。

癌晚期往往伴随的炎症，很多医生对晚期患者C反应蛋白居高不下视而不见，他们认为这是肿瘤进展，C反应蛋白高与不高没有任何关系，所以很少有医生主动为晚期病人抗感染治疗，他们的建议一般就是“肿瘤进展，必须化疗..........或采取其他治疗”。
相对感染来说，癌可以成是一种慢性病，不做任何治疗，生存期至少有几个月，甚至半年、一年，可是一旦严重感染，这个生存期要短很多。
同样，肿瘤和感染会相互促进的，肿瘤进展伴随着感染，感染同时也会影响靶向药有效性，但是，感染可以通过强力的抗生素治愈，可是肿瘤不能。

Why It Is Done

• Check for infection after surgery. CRP levels normally rise within 2 to 6 hours of surgery and then go down by the third day after surgery. If CRP levels stay elevated 3 days after surgery, an infection may be present.
• Identify and keep track of infections and diseases that cause inflammation, such as:
  / c  i& v0 e- j2 VCancer of the lymph nodes (lymphoma).
  Diseases of the immune system, such as lupus.
  Painful swelling of the blood vessels in the head and neck (giant cell arteritis).
  Painful swelling of the tissues that line the joints (rheumatoid arthritis).
  & R2 n9 b# v3 h7 F, M  s' _Swelling and bleeding of the intestines (inflammatory bowel disease).
  ( X2 k5 }( y( C5 ^Infection of a bone (osteomyelitis).

  a  C5 _! U4 q$ r5 H6 k' IC-反应蛋白（CRP ）检测是一种血液检测，用来测量你的血液中一种被称为C -反应蛋白的蛋白质的数量。C-反应蛋白测量你的身体内部炎症的总体水平。

高水平的C-反应蛋白是由感染和许多长期的疾病引起的。但C-反应蛋白检测既不能显示出炎症所在位置也不能确定是什么原因造成的。还需要其它的检测来找出炎症的原因和炎症的位置。

为什么做这个？

* s/ r" F4 w* G, E; UC-反应蛋白（CRP ）检测是为了：

• 检查手术后的感染。 C-反应蛋白水平通常在手术后的2～6小时内上升，并最迟在手术后的第三天下降。如果C-反应蛋白在手术后3天仍然升高，就有可能存在一种感染。
• 识别和跟踪感染和疾病引起的炎症，如：
  0 G, R, A3 Y( N/ ?5 B- F% t1 ?淋巴结癌（淋巴瘤）。
  免疫系统疾病，如狼疮。
  ) s, ]4 H& J' v头部和颈部的血管痛胀（巨细胞动脉炎）。
  $ w% d1 _! P2 x; [) S) q2 m关节组织痛胀（类风湿性关节炎）。
  肠道肿胀和出血（炎症性肠疾病）。
  ' J9 |6 D4 R* X2 D! M骨感染（骨髓炎）。

所以对身体内部带有癌症的人来讲，C-反应蛋白的升高是否一定说明有感染，我搞不清楚。看了几个关于C-反应蛋白升高原因的说明，不是特别的一致。
